Prompt and honest!

Mike was never in a hurry. He took his time explaining the different aspects of the refi, and he continues to be a resource.

Apart from being friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, Mike was also wonderfully communicative, and always responded quickly to any questions I had about the process, what I needed to do and collect, and what the different options were. It was like I was working with a friend. Very much appreciated!
