With other lenders in the past, what they show you and what the final numbers are have not matched, but with Mike, everything is as he said he would be. My thanks to Mike for making this tricky deal a success. He was a magician that pulled the rabbit out of his hat. All the scales were tipped against my nailing this house. Mike came along with his hammer and bashed his way through the walls that may have divided me from a dream house. I called Mike today. Only three weeks have passed and I need his help conquering another wall. Hmmm. Should I go to Home Depot and get him a new tool box? Nah. He doesn't need anyone's help. He has it nailed.

Mike provided constant communication during the process, and let me know if there would be a delay in his reply if he could not reply immediately. He took the time to make sure I understood the process and prompted me for confirmation when he could tell that I was not grasping a concept, etc.
