Michael Thayer works magic, thinks outside the box, and accomplishes what others can't!

Michael Thayer truly works magic. He and his team at Waterstone Mortgage will work tirelessly to make your dreams happen. We had a very unique situation and Michael, Kacey and the team at Waterstone thought creatively and outside the box and did what 23 (you read that right: TWENTY-THREE) other mortgage brokers and originators said could not be done. Michael and his team provided excellent communication while guiding us through the process, and answering our questions. They worked nights and weekends to enable us to meet our tight deadline for closing. Waterstone truly has products and options you won't find anywhere else. Michael has been in the business for years, and his experience enables him to think outside the traditional 'box' for solutions. Michael put together a great mortgage package that not only met our needs, but literally saved us THOUSANDS and was aggressively competitive with other options. We will definitely use Michael as our mortgage broker again.

My favorite characteristic in working with Michael is that he keeps me in the loop the whole time and can get the job done. He has now close multiple loans for me including others that were denied by others lenders in the beginning. He works with honesty and integrity.
